  10. We recommend changing the firm's holiday policy from 10 fixed holidays to 7 fixed holidays (those indicated with an asterisk) and 3 "floaters":

  23. Our employees have asked for this change because the days before New Year's and Christmas sometimes fall on a Saturday or Sunday and because Good Friday has no significance for some of them.
